IDBI Assistant Manager 2026 Selection Process
- Online Test (OT): Objective test with sectional timings (total 120 minutes, 200 questions, 200 marks). Sections: Logical Reasoning/Data Analysis & Interpretation (60Q/60M/40min), English Language (40Q/40M/20min), Quantitative Aptitude (40Q/40M/35min), General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT (60Q/60M/25min). Bilingual except English.
- Document Verification (DV): Verification of eligibility documents post-OT.
- Personal Interview (PI): 100 marks; minimum qualifying: 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD). Conducted in English/Hindi.
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT): Final fitness as per Bank's Medical Fitness Standards.
- Final Selection: Merit based on combined score (3/4 OT Score + 1/4 PI Score). Minimum cut-offs decided by Bank; no penalty for wrong answers.
