– Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination: An OMR-based exam with multiple-choice questions on law, Hindi, and English (100 questions, 100 marks). No negative marking.

– Stage 2 – Main Examination: Descriptive papers testing legal knowledge and practical application of laws (Law Paper I, Law Paper II, Hindi, and English).

– Stage 3 – Interview: A 35-mark interview to assess the candidate’s legal knowledge, personality, and suitability for the role.

– Final Merit List: Based on performance in the Main Exam and Interview.

– Salary: ₹77,840 to ₹1,36,520 per month (Pay Scale as per Rajasthan High Court rules).
